Before Lovemaking: Inner balance and preparation
Before a tantric lovemaking you have to be very aware of your inner state as all emotions are magnified during tantric lovemaking.
The room you make love in should be beautifully prepared and can have an altar with fruits and flowers on it. Also make sure you have nice music.

Consecration

After the consecration you open your eyes and look at each other for some minutes. In this exercise you aim to see the essence of your partner.

Is made in a sequence of positions which awaken the chakras in the right order.

Giving thanks and postludium
Sit in front of each other like you did in the consecration and give thanks to God or the Cosmic Power which you envoked. It is now best that the man and woman separate and set a couple of hours for spiritual practice including Yoga and Meditation.
